Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Visit our Returns Center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Spotlight Boutique ONLY issues store credit. We will process your return within five (5) business days and email you a store credit in the original amount (minus shipping, taxes and/or any discounts used) of your purchased item. Store credit can be used on anything except accessories.
What items are returnable?
- Any items (unless listed in the non-refundable list) may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, in unused and resellable condition, with all the original packaging and with all the tags intact.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimates, Swimsuits, Bodysuits, and Accessories
- Items without a Spotlight Boutique tag
- Items purchased with a store credit
- Items from our SALE section at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
Please note: Items will be shown as a final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.
If a customer has returned merchandise more than ten (10) times within a twelve (12) month period, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of said return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return, depending on the circumstances surrounding said return(s).
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is damaged, reach out to us within two (2) days of the delivered date at email@example.com along with pictures of the damage.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Spotlight Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
